This is a web-based portal for clients and their employees to access pay stubs, Annual W-2s, change personal profile and W-4 information, as well as request time off. The ESS features consist of:

On-line Pay Stubs
This secure, Web-based service allows you and your employees to view and print current and previous pay stubs processed with Payce on demand, through an easy to use self-service portal.

On-Line HR Document Management

Online self-service HR applications are technology’s response to the stacks of paperwork, expensive employee mailings, and time-draining manual administration common to HR departments of the past.   The flexible and custom solutions provided within MyPaycenter’s online payroll solution enables clients to easily distribute company policies, including employee handbooks to the entire employee population, easily and cost effectively.

Employee Census Changes
With company approval, employees are able to make changes to their personal profile (name and address), additionally employees can change their Federal and State tax withholding. Changes made by the employee are not applied to payroll until the payroll/HR administrator approves the changes.

Time-Off Request Management
The employee can request time-off directly to their manager; the employees manager is automatically sent an email to the managers personal email for the dates requested; the manager will approve or deny request. Manager is provided a calendar that shows all employees who have been approved for time off by day.

Employee Driven Direct Deposit Request
The employee can make changes to their current direct deposit profile as we as add / delete direct deposit accounts; the payroll administrator is automatically sent an email for the changes requested by the employee; the payroll administrator will approve or deny request.
