Paytime Payroll Unveils New Corporate Identity

Provident Bank's Preferred Payroll Service Provider

(Baltimore, Maryland) Paytime Payroll, one of the mid-Atlantic region's leading payroll service firms, announced that the company has undergone a corporate rebranding campaign and will now be known as Payce.

The management team, staff and core products will remain the same as they were under the Paytime identity. New products and services will be introduced to customers during the coming year.

"We have made this change because we believe it is the right opportunity and timing as we enhance the quality of our payroll services and expand into new markets. Our new name will more clearly differentiate our firm as we penetrate new markets on the East Coast and establish a consistent brand identity throughout the United States.

The company was founded in 1983 by Gus and Kathleen Strakes and has expanded its product services and offerings throughout the years. Today, Payce has forged a solid reputation for providing efficient payroll management, tax filing, human resources and related business services while delivering a high level of dedicated customer service and reliability.

As part of its ongoing business development plan, Payce has forged strategic partnerships and alliances with organizations in the mid-Atlantic region, including the Restaurant Association of Maryland, EPIC Pharmacies, Inc., Maryland Business Council, Maryland Retailers Association and the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.

The company recently announced a strategic alliance with Provident Bank to serve as the preferred payroll services provider for the Bank. "The strategic alliance with Payce provides Provident with complete payroll processing capabilities including a pre funded direct deposit solution that will be attractive and economical to small business customers that bank with Provident," said John Goedeke, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking.
